General Care
• Protect from direct sunlight.
• Timber is a natural material and can be scratched by cutlery, ceramic plates and other normal use placed on the surface over time.
• Avoid excessive application of water.
• Do not expose surface to alcohol.
• Do not place excessively hot or cold objects directly onto the surface.
NOTE: Timber is a natural product and as such will expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. This movement can cause cracks to appear in the timber and in joins and is part of the character of timber furniture. To reduce movement, minimise positioning furniture in full sun and heavily airconditioned or heated areas.
Cleaning
• Do not use any chemical-based cleaners, detergents, glass cleaner, harsh chemicals, or any solvent or ammonia-based cleaners.
• Regularly dust surface with a damp cloth.
• Do not use scouring pads, powder, concentrated detergents, or silicone-based furniture polishes.
• Frequent dusting removes airborne deposits that build up in a filmy layer and can scratch the surface.
NOTE: Promptly clean the surface if exposed to hand sanitizer or any other liquids with high alcohol percentages.

General Care
• To prolong the products life span, store in a dry location or use an outdoor cover when not in use or during periods of inclement weather.
• Be careful not to store furniture when they’re wet as they will get mouldy.
• It is not recommended leaving products uncovered in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as direct sunlight may heat the surface and cause warping or splitting.
• Over time, all wooden furniture will naturally change to a grey colour when left exposed to the elements
• Continual exposure to environments near the coast can cause corrosion to metal components.
• Avoid excessive application of water. Clean up spills as soon as possible.
• Do not place excessively hot or cold objects directly onto the surface.
• Conduct a routine 6-12 monthly maintenance inspection depending on the location and exposure of the table
• When timber starts to show signs of dryness and loss of colour, clean timber furniture and refinish with suitable timber oil as required.
• Oiling timber furniture is not a method for protecting the wood but rather a way to retain and enhance the wood’s natural golden colour. Some people prefer this look to the natural weathering of the wood when left untreated for example, teak is commonly left untreated.
• We recommend Intergrain Natural Exterior Nature’s Timber Oil is a natural, oil based timber finish made from 95% sustainable ingredients – follow the instructions on the bottle.
NOTE: Timber is a natural product and as such will expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. Expansion and contraction of timbers will occur with changes in humidity and temperature. This can cause timber to split which a natural occurrence and not considered a fault.
Cleaning
• Regularly dust surface with a damp cloth.
• Regular cleaning of your timber will help prevent mildew build-up and potential discolouration.

General Care
Teak is the premium natural material for outdoor furniture. Teak is an extremely durable hardwood; it requires very little care to preserve its good looks and integrity over decades of use. Teak requires no special treatment or coating to extend its long life, however there are some choices for the care of its appearance. New teak furniture often has a slight surface sheen. This is from the oil naturally occurring in teak wood. This surface oil will be washed away after a short time outdoors. The oils and resins that remain inside give teak its lasting durability. Over time when left outdoors, teak furniture will naturally age to a handsome silver-gray. This gradual process usually takes from six to twelve months depending on local conditions. Water spots or other discolouration may occur early in the weathering process. Some small cracks may also develop in the wood surface. This is a natural weathering effect and will soon blend into the surrounding surface. The slight separation of the grain has no effect on the strength and longevity of the furniture. Teak will return to its original smooth feel after the initial weathering process.
NOTE: Timber is a natural product and as such will expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. Expansion and contraction of timbers will occur with changes in humidity and temperature. This can cause timber to split which a natural occurrence and not considered a fault.
Cleaning
• Cleaning with a soft bristle brush and soapy water will help to return the surface to a smooth finish. Once the furniture has taken on a weathered surface, it is easily maintained by an annual cleaning with a soft bristled brush and soapy water to remove accumulated dirt. Most dirt and stains can be removed with soapy water and a brush. For tough stains and mildew add one part household bleach to two parts water in the soap solution. Rinse well with clean water after washing. Pressure washers are to be avoided as they can scour and roughen the wood surface.
• There are many Commercial Teak Cleaners and Protectors available online – we recommend the Teakshield product which is readily available and easy to apply.
• There are also many commercial Teak Oils and stains on the market if you prefer a darker finish. We advise against the use of paint, varnish or other similar finishes. These finishes tend to crack and flake from the surface and are not suited to this application.
• To reduce the risk of damage, take some precautions: Use coasters and placemats for glasses, mugs and any hot items to prevent stains.
• Note: We advise that all new teak furniture should be wiped down after unwrapping to remove any dust particles left from the production process- prior to placing your new cushions directly on the timber.

General Care
To get best results, keep the coated metal clean by washing regularly with a soft brush and mild soapy water. If the powdercoat surface becomes chipped or scratched the bare metal surface is left unprotected and can develop surface rust. To minimise this we suggest the following procedure:
• Clean around the exposed area with fine sandpaper and a dry cloth (don’t remove all the rust).
• Apply a preventative rust treatment to the exposed area such as Rustoff or Rustbuster (available at Bunnings) – follow the instructions on the bottle.
• Apply 2 coats of an enamel paint on the treated area in a colour to match the powdercoat.
This treatment should not be delayed, or rust will worsen.
NOTE: Corrosion of stainless steel parts due to use in a confined, chlorinated environment or use in a coastal environment is not covered under warranty.

Cleaning
• Blot spills up immediately and rinse with a clean, damp cloth
• Dust the surface once or twice a week with a soft cloth
• Wash the marble periodically with a cloth dampened with warm water, and, if necessary, a bit of mild dishwashing liquid.
• Remove the soap with another damp cloth.
• Never use dusting sprays or abrasive cleaners on your marble.
NOTE: Marble is a beautiful surface but it is quite soft and porous and therefore can easily be stained, scratched, and chipped and is not considered a fault.

General Care
• Protect from direct sunlight and keep at a minimum of 30cm away from direct heat sources.
• Vacuum your upholstered furniture weekly for general cleaning and to remove surface soil. This also prevents dirt from becoming embedded into the fibres
• Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Test on hidden area to ensure fabric and colour are not removed. Gently scrape any soil or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric. Use of soap or detergent with water should be approached with caution since overzealous rinsing to remove soap residue may result in over-wetting, water marking and possible wetting of substructure (this may create other stains or damage products).

• Prompt cleaning of spills and soiling is recommended.

• Use of soap or detergent with water should be approached with caution since overzealous rinsing to remove soap residue may result in over-wetting, water marking and possible wetting of substructure (this may create other stains or damage products).
• Test any cleaning products on an inconspicuous area for colourfastness prior to commencing cleaning.
• Do not scrub
• Do not saturate the fabric or interior with water or other cleaning liquids
Spot Cleaning
• For non-oil-based stains use warm water and non-toilet soaps which do not contain optical brighteners (consider Velvet soap, Lux Flakes, Softly). Mix a small amount of soap and warm water- solution and apply to the stain. rubbing gently. Blot dry with a clean towel. Apply cool water (preferably filtered or distilled water) and blot dry again. Then with a hair dryer, working out from the centre of the stain, dry quickly to prevent rings forming. It is generally preferable to clean whole panels of fabric in this way rather than trying to spot clean specific areas.
• For oil-based stains following the same basic guidelines as above, apply a proprietary brand solvent based cleaner and try to clean generally in panels rather than spot cleaning specific areas.
