Do I have to pay for delivery?
Yes, delivery charges do apply to all orders placed with Mint FF&E Shop. However if you are purchasing multiple items being delivered to the same address, it would be worth contacting us to see if we can do a package deal for you. Otherwise all our freight costs are outlined on our website when you use our freight estimate calculator.
Do you deliver outside the metro areas?
Yes we do. We deliver Australia wide. If your location is in SA, WA, NT or TAS, please contact us directly for a delivery quotation.
When will my order be dispatched?
If your products are in stock, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. Depending on the time of year, some periods are busier than others and some delays may occur. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please call our office.
Does someone need to sign for delivery?
Yes absolutely. We do not ship goods to a location and leave them unsigned for. You need to ensure someone will be at the address given to us when delivery is to occur. If there is no one to receive the order, storage and any extra shipping fees will be charged to the provided Credit Card.
Can I collect the goods from your warehouse?
Yes, depending on the size of delivery. You are responsible for loading and transportation and organising any arrangements around the pick up. Please contact us to arrange.
Will my delivery fit when it arrives?
This is something that you need to measure and check carefully prior to making a purchase. If you are buying an item that is quite big you should check your door clearance and any other entrances first. Also please check your lift access as outdoor furniture is generally bulky and you need to ensure that it will fit in any elevator.
