Terms of payment for custom orders
Payment can be made via direct deposit to the nominated bank account on the Mint FF&E Pty Ltd invoice. Please state the purchase order number in the transaction description. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the quote date.
All orders require a 50% deposit, followed by a 40% progress payment and 10% payment upon receipt of goods unless otherwise agreed upon with Mint FF&E Pty Ltd.
Instances where different payment terms may be agreed upon are where immediate dispatch of in stock items have been purchased.
The title of ownership of all goods supplied remains the property of Mint FF&E Pty Ltd until such time payment is received in full.
Terms of payment for Mint FF&E online store
Payment for purchases made through the Mint FF&E online store must be done through the Stripe portal. Alternatively, you may contact Mint FF&E to be issued an invoice for direct deposit payment.
Mint FF&E Pty Ltd requires 100% payment for all online store purchases.
Any order that is accepted by Mint FF&E Pty Ltd that is being custom manufactured is unable to be cancelled.
Written communication via email or a signed quotation is acknowledged as acceptance of the prices, styles and quantities of that quotation. An invoice will be issued within 2 business days requiring a 50% deposit.
Manufacturing and the lead time does not commence until the deposit is received by Mint FF&E Pty Ltd.
Any delivery dates required should be given to Mint FF&E Pty Ltd prior to the orders being placed.
Deposits and payments in full will not be refunded and Mint FF&E Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct any goods delivered that do not meet specifications and requirements.
Assembly is included where it is so stated on the quotation. Where extra labour is required for assembly Mint FF&E Pty Ltd will pass these costs onto the Client.
Receipt of Goods
If customers delay receipt of goods or orders there may be storage charges incurred and customers will be liable for any additional storage charges and additional freight charges where applicable charged by third party ware housing. Larger orders are shipped as a full container and will be delivered directly to the customer as such unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to acceptance of goods.
Where a container is requested to be dropped on Council property or road, Council approval will need to be obtained by the customer before delivery can take place.
Unless otherwise stated on the quotation, all goods are delivered wrapped in cardboard and/or plastic with disposal of rubbish the responsibility of the client.
Unloading of the container and unwrapping of cargo upon delivery is to be handled by the customer unless otherwise stated on the quotation.
International freights & charges are included in the quotation. Domestic freight from our warehouse in Alexandria to the venue are not included in the quotation unless otherwise stated.
Where no freight is stated, the cost will be passed onto the client.
By agreeing to the quotation issued by Mint FF&E Pty Ltd the customer hereby disclaims the right to rescind or cancel the contract or to sue for damages or to claim restitution arising out of any misrepresentation made to him/her by any servant or agent of the seller and the customer acknowledges that he/she buys the goods relying solely upon his own skill and judgement and that the seller shall not be bound by nor responsible for any term, condition, representation, or warranty other than the warranty given by the manufacturer which shall be personal to the customer and shall not be transferable to any subsequent customer.
The customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 7 days of delivery notify the seller of any alleged defect , shortage in quantity , damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The client shall afford the seller an opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time following delivery.
All quotations and pricing have been based on quantities specified. Changes to quantities may be subject to price fluctuations.
Mint FF&E Pty Ltd reserve the right to alter the specifications for future orders and cannot guarantee to match any previous orders.
The lead time for custom orders is 12 weeks unless otherwise stated by Mint FF&E.
This is calculated in working days excluding Public Holidays. Any delays in Shipping from overseas ports, fumigation, Australian customs hold on containers for security and screening or quarantine restrictions Mint FF&E Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for these delays. Mint FF&E cannot be held responsible for any financial loss to clients due to the above delays.
Unless otherwise specified, Mint FF&E Pty Ltd offers a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should the goods prove to be defective within this period, and provided that the damage is not due to the use or misuse of the goods or from fair wear and tear, Mint FF&E will at its discretion, replace or repair defective goods.
In the unlikely event of faulty goods and replacement required, every effort will be made to have this carried out quickly, however please allow reasonable manufacturing and delivery time.
The Client is responsible for risk to the goods whilst being returned and the cost of the freight for said goods. Any of the products warranted that are misused will void all warranties.
